近日,中共中央组织部、国家发改委等15个部委和北京市委市政府联合发布了《关于中关村国家自主创新示范区建设人才特区的若干意见》,提出从2011到2015年,在中关村建设中国特色人才特区,明确了总体目标、主要任务、支持政策以及实施步骤。我国第一个国家级人才特区的建设大幕就此拉开。
