我们发现4例门诊病人,因服非那根后出现颈部肌痉挛,现报告于下: 李××,男,19岁。1977年3月12日,因阵发性头向左侧扭转而来院急诊室就诊。查体:神志清楚,体温正常,3～5分钟内出现一次头向左扭转。能诉说自己无法控制,发作过后一切尚好,神经系统未发现异常。追问病史,因感冒前一天服用过非那根(一日3次,每次25毫克)而出现前述症状。经立即注射东莨菪硷0.3毫克/次和鲁米那0.1克后,约半小时停止发作。晋××,女,4岁。因感冒后咳嗽,在外院就
