“重视人才”已经成为企业发展的共识,会计师事务所(以下简称事务所)领导对此认识应更为深刻,目前现状是事务所年轻有为的注册会计师纷纷改行;注册会计师专业学生毕业后不愿从事该行业;事务所人才流失严重。如再不采取对策,不重视人才营理,在市场经济和国际中介机构的冲击和挑战下,国内许多事务所必将被淘汰。那么改制脱钩后事务所如何转变观念,吸引人才,留住人才,很有必要探讨一下。我们结合事务所行业本身的特点,谈点看法,以期抛砖引玉。
