目的调查北京佑安医院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的预防应用情况,评价用药合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法法采用病历回顾性研究方法 ,随机抽取本院2009年10～12月剖宫产手术患者病历140例,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果本院抗菌药物预防应用率为100%,抗菌药物应用共涉及7大类13个品种,应用频次最多的为硝基咪唑类和青霉素类,且以联合用药为主。结论北京佑安医院院剖宫产围手术期预防应用抗菌药物存在一些不合理现象,须进一步规范管理,以提高合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of perioperative antimicrobial agents in cesarean section in Beijing You’an Hospital and to evaluate the rationality of the medication and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Method method of medical history retrospective study, randomly selected in our hospital from 2009 to December cesarean section in 140 cases of patient records, the use of antimicrobial agents for statistical analysis. Results The prevention and cure rate of antibacterials in our hospital was 100%. The application of antibacterials involved 13 varieties in 7 major categories. The most frequently used antibacterials were nitroimidazoles and penicillins. Conclusion Beijing You’an Hospital cesarean section perioperative prophylaxis and application of antimicrobial drugs there are some unreasonable phenomena, the need to further standardize management in order to improve the rational use of drugs.
