单向电场处理是一种新的种子处理方法,成本低,处理方便,处理后的种子活力增加,发芽率提高,田间种植后产量提高。本试验主要为了解单向电场处理杂交稻汕优10号种子的发芽试验情况及田间种植后增产情况,为今后的生产应用提供理论依据。单向电场处理的原理很复杂,至今未有明确的解释,通过试验,对单向电场处理种子有基本的认识。 1 试验材料和方法 1.1 材料:汕优10号种子1.5市斤,自制的单向电场,场强为100kv/m。
