目的:通过对本院5年间156916例住院病人前10为疾病构成进行顺位分析,了解我院住院病人疾病构成及其变化趋势,为医院管理提供科学的依据,提高医院管理水平。方法:利用HIS检索,对2006年-2010年的住院病人前10位疾病构成进行顺位统计分析。结果:2006-2010年住院病人前10位疾病占全院疾病总和的85.5%,呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、肿瘤等为我院主要住院病种。结论:提高诊疗技术水平,加强疾病初期防治工作,提高人民群众的健康水平。
OBJECTIVE: To make a systematic analysis of 156916 inpatients in our hospital in the first 5 years of five years, to understand the composition and trends of inpatients in our hospital so as to provide a scientific basis for hospital management and to improve the management level of the hospital. Methods: HIS retrieval was used to make a statistical analysis of the top 10 in-patient diseases in 2006-2010. Results: The top 10 inpatients in 2006-2010 accounted for 85.5% of the total inpatients, respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, digestive diseases and tumors were the main inpatients in our hospital. Conclusion: To improve the technical level of diagnosis and treatment, strengthen the prevention and treatment of diseases at the initial stage and improve the people’s health.
