患者的出入院受各种因素的影响,如患者的病情、家属的照顾、经济因素、气候以及法定传统的节假日等,因此每月出入院情况具有—定的不均衡性。因而对具高峰(或低谷)时间的预测,既可合理地分配和利用医院的人力、物力等资源,又可间接发现患者发病(或复发)和缓解的季节性规律。作者用圆形分布的有关原理对我院1994年至1998年5年间共计805人次入院及675人次出院的精神分裂症患者的出入院时间进行统计分析,提供如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 资料来源:1994年至1998年5年间我院病房统计,每月提供的《住院患者统计表》。据统计,我院住院患者中精神分裂症患者占95%。 1.2 计算方法:圆形分布法原理,将1年365天转化为360度,一天近似1度,以每月中旬为组中值计算精神分裂症患者出入院的集中程度、角均数,并换算成时间,以及做均匀性检验。
