本文报告了应用单克隆抗体对8例CTCL患者的研究结果。实验结果表明8例中的7例属于辅助性T细胞的表型(Leul~+、Leu4~+、Leu3_a~+)。有2例较为晚期的病例T_6~+,有1例失去了Leu3_a抗原。这8倒的Ⅰ_a均为阳性,讨论了引起这一现象的可能原因。
This article reports the results of a study of 8 patients with CTCL using monoclonal antibodies. The experimental results show that 7 out of 8 cases belong to the phenotype of helper T cells (Leul ~ +, Leu4 ~ +, Leu3_a ~ +). There are 2 cases of more advanced cases of T_6 ~ +, 1 case of loss of Leu3_a antigen. The 8 I_a were positive, discussed the possible causes of this phenomenon.
