采用动物实验对补肾口服液进行药效学研究。结果发现补肾口服液能明显增加不切除睾丸大鼠血中睾酮含量 ;能明显增加不切除睾丸小鼠精液囊的重量 ;并能提高小鼠机体耐受力与抗疲劳的程度 ;对雄性家兔性功能亦有明显增强作用。提示补肾口服液具有补肾壮阳、益精补虚的功效
