肝细胞癌(HCC)是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国人群中的发病率和病死率很高,nm23-H1作为一种抑癌基因,其表达水平与肿瘤转移呈显著负相关。目前国内外主要通过免疫组织化学方法进行nm23-H1基因检测。有研究表明,在胃癌、肝癌、胆囊癌和结直肠癌等肿瘤中nm23基因的高表达能有效抑制肿瘤转移[1]。本文就nm23-H1基因及其在肝癌预后判断中的研究进展概述如下。
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system and has a high morbidity and mortality in our population. As a tumor suppressor gene, nm23-H1 has a significant negative correlation with tumor metastasis. Currently at home and abroad by immunohistochemistry nm23-H1 gene detection. Some studies have shown that the high expression of nm23 gene in gastric cancer, liver cancer, gallbladder cancer and colorectal cancer and other tumors can effectively inhibit tumor metastasis [1]. In this paper, nm23-H1 gene and its prognosis in the judgment of liver cancer are summarized as follows.
