农村基层文化建设既是社会主义新农村建设的重要保证,也是新农村建设的重要内涵之一。郑州市在推进农村基层文化建设中做了一些扎实的工作,但是和全国很多地方一样,也存在着农村文化建设的滞后现象,甚至更为突出。要建设富裕和谐的现代化新农村必须要加强农村基层文化建设,促进乡风更加和谐文明。
The construction of rural grass-roots culture is not only an important guarantee for the building of a new socialist countryside, but also an important connotation of building a new socialist countryside. Zhengzhou City has done some solid work in promoting the rural grassroots culture construction. However, as in many parts of the country, there is a lagging phenomenon in rural cultural construction even more prominent. To build a prosperous and harmonious new rural area, we must strengthen the grassroots culture in rural areas and promote a more harmonious and civilized rural culture.
