为了加强油类市场的卫生监督,我们于1996年3月~1999年3月对食用植物油市场进行了抽样监测,现将结果报告如下。1 样品来源与方法 3年中抽检的169份油样来源于植物油厂、个体油坊和粮油商店。检验方法按GB/T 5009.37—1996《食用植物油卫生标准的分析方法》进行,评价按GB 2716—88《食用植物油卫生标准》进行。2 结果与分析 169份检样,合格138份,合格率81.66%。1996~1998年3年的合格率分别为79.37 %(50/63)、80.36%(45/56)和86.00%(43/50)差异无显著性(X~2=0.02、0.84、0.60,P>0.05)。合格率最高的季节为每年的10月至第二年3月,为95.92%(94/98);4~9月为61.97%(44/71),两者差异有非常显著性(X~2=
In order to strengthen the hygiene supervision of the oil market, we conducted a sample monitoring of the edible vegetable oil market from March 1996 to March 1999, and the results are reported as follows. 1 source and methods of sample sampling three years, 169 samples from the plant oil, individual oil mill and grain and oil stores.
