改革开放后,我国精神领域巨大的变化就在于社会文化由单一转向多元,现代文化与传统文化,先进文化与落后文化,中国文化与西方文化,主文化与亚文化,高雅文化与大众文化等各类文化并存。主调明朗的社会主义主流文化同各种亚文化呈现出共同发展的局面。全球化进程不断推进给弘扬以爱国卫国献身祖国的国防精神带来了严重的挑战,为此,必须大力加强中国共产党的领导,铸造民族灵魂,整合民族文化。
