目的了解溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死 (AMI) ,使梗死面积扩大的表现形式。方法对 2例溶栓治疗 AMI后心电图资料进行动态分析。结果溶栓后 AMI面积进行性扩大。结论溶栓治疗 AMI使梗死面积扩大的表现形式有 3种 :1缺血性梗死转变为出血性梗死 ;2溶栓时不稳定性粥样硬化斑块脱落造成新的梗死 ;3溶栓 2 4小时后冠状动脉再闭塞。
Objective To understand the thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), so that the expansion of the infarct size manifestations. Methods Two cases of thrombolysis after AMI electrocardiogram data were analyzed. Results Thrombolysis AMI area expanded. Conclusions There are three manifestations of thrombolytic therapy for infarct size: 1 conversion of ischemic infarction to hemorrhagic infarction; 2 instability of atherosclerotic plaque during thrombolysis resulting in new infarction; 3 thrombolysis 24 Coronary occlusion after hours.
