各省、自治区、直辖市药品监督管理局: 根据原国家药品监督管理局第10号令《处方药与非处方药分类管理办法》(试行)的规定,按照《关于做好2002年非处方药管理有关工作的通知)(国药监办[2002]195号)的要求,经国家食品药品监督管理局审定,现公布第五批非处方药药品目录(二)(下称《目录》)品种。 此次公布的《目录》,共计209个药品制剂(见附件)。其中:中成药制剂173个(甲类非处方药128个,乙类非处方药45个),化学药品制剂36个(甲类处方药19个,乙类非处方药17个)。《目录》公布后,请按照《关于做好2002年非处方药管理有关工作的通知》
The Drug Administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government: In accordance with the provisions of the “Measures for the Administration of the Classification of Prescription Drugs and Non-prescription Drugs” (Provisional) Decree No.10 of the State Drug Administration, in accordance with the “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Management of Non-prescription Drugs in 2002” Drug Administration [2002] No. 195), the State Food and Drug Administration approval, is now announced the fifth batch of non-prescription drugs directory (b) (hereinafter referred to as “directory”) varieties. The published “directory”, a total of 209 pharmaceutical preparations (see annex). Among them, 173 were proprietary Chinese medicines (128 for Category A non-prescription drugs, 45 for Category B non-prescription drugs) and 36 for chemical products (19 for Class A prescription drugs and 17 for Category B non-prescription drugs).
