学生人文素养培养什么、怎么培养是团学工作的理论问题和实践问题,其中是否存在贯穿团学工作始终的主线?本文认为,这条主线就是具有特定核心理念的学生文化。文章通过构建与学校文化相一致的学生文化体系,把学生文化贯穿到团学工作的组织建设、活动开展、强化管理三个方面,让团学工作在学生人文素养的成长过程中发挥出有魂、有合力、科学化的作用。
What are the cultivation of students’ humanistic accomplishments and how to cultivate are the theoretical and practical issues of the study of group work? Among them, are there any main lines throughout the work of study? The paper argues that this main line is the student culture with specific core concepts. Through building a student culture system that is consistent with school culture, the article puts student culture through to the organizational construction, activity development and management of group study, so that group work can play an important role in the growth of students’ humanistic accomplishment A combination of scientific role.
