2009年5月20日,农业部印发了《农业部关于开展文明渔港创建活动的通知》,自此之后,全国各地尤其是沿海地区掀起了争创“全国文明渔港”的热潮。通过各地申报、省(区、市)渔业主管部门初评和农业部组织复核评审和公示等一系列激烈角逐,今年的8月18日,首批“全国文明渔港”新鲜出炉。获得首批“全国文明渔港”的单位共20家,本刊已在2010年09期对其中的两个渔港进行了介绍,在接下来的三期中,将陆续对其余18家渔港的创建工作进行介绍。
