泡沫聚苯乙烯材料中,可引入四溴乙烷作自熄剂。为控制产品质量,须定量测定泡沫聚苯乙烯中的四溴乙烷的含量。曾报导空气中四溴乙烷的比色测定法。Alow等讨论了四溴乙烷作选矿用的溶剂时,残留四溴乙烷的化学法、比色法等四种测定方法。Rogozinski等提出以银量法或直接碱滴定法测定四溴乙烷。Kiley也报导过四溴乙烷的红外光谱测定。然而,泡沫聚苯乙烯中四溴乙烷的测定方法未见报导。本工作试用极谱法测定泡沫聚苯乙烯中的四溴乙烷,得到了满意的结果。为测定泡沫聚苯乙烯中的四溴乙烷,选用了二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作溶剂。试验
Styrofoam materials, tetrabromoethane can be introduced as self-extinguishing agent. In order to control the quality of the product, the amount of tetrabromoethane in the styrofoam must be determined quantitatively. The colorimetric assay of tetrabromoethane in air has been reported. Alow and other discussion of tetrabromoethane for mineral processing solvent, the residual tetrabromoethane chemical method, colorimetric four measurement methods. Rogozinski et al proposed the determination of tetrabromoethane by the silver method or the direct alkali titration method. Kiley also reported the infrared spectroscopy of tetrabromoethane. However, the determination of tetrabromoethane in Styrofoam has not been reported. In this work, polarography was used to determine tetrabromoethane in polystyrene foam, and satisfactory results were obtained. For the determination of tetrabromoethane in foamed polystyrene, dimethylformamide (DMF) was used as the solvent. test
