干燥综合征(Sjogren Syndrome,SS)并发肾小管酸中毒(RTA)国内报告不多,引起周期性麻痹报告尤少,现将我院SS并RTA,引起周期性麻痹,自主呼吸曾停止8小时的1例病人报告如下:
