本文描述了老年的特征及老年保健的目的和内容,指出以社区为基础为老年人提供综合的持续的服务是老年保健的发展趋势。在服务形式上,家庭护理重新受到重视,家庭护理和护理机构协调发展是老年长期护理的走向,其他日常生活帮助服务及临时性的照顾机构应向多样化发展;在人员安排上以护士和初级保健全科医生为核心,组织培训社会工作人员,其中年轻老人在老年社区服务中的作用应予以重视;在筹资上,既要有政府的支持和参与又要充分发挥社区的作用。
This article describes the characteristics of the elderly and the purpose and content of geriatric care and points out that community-based delivery of integrated and continuous services for the elderly is a trend in geriatrics. In the form of services, home care has been re-emphasized, the coordinated development of home care and nursing institutions is the trend of elderly long-term care, and other daily services to help services and temporary care agencies should diversify; staffing arrangements with nurses and primary Health care general practitioners as the core, the organization and training of social workers, including the role of young people in elderly community services should be paid attention to; in the financing, we must both government support and participation but also give full play to the role of the community.
