改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和电力建设企业体制改革的不断深化,电力建设企业已经基本走入市场。但是随着我国经济发展的不断深入,电力建设企业在电力施工行业竞争激烈的形势下,如何取得更大的利润,在很大程度上取决于成本控制的好坏。笔者在本文中,结合自己多年的工作经验,对我国现阶段电建施工企业项目成本管理做了以下几点浅析。
Since the reform and opening up, with the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the continuous deepening of the system reform of power construction enterprises, power construction enterprises have basically entered the market. However, with the continuous deepening of China’s economic development, how to make greater profits for power construction enterprises under the highly competitive electric power construction industry depends to a large extent on the quality control of the costs. In this article, the author, combined with his many years of work experience, to do the following analysis of the project cost management of electric construction enterprises in our country.
