由于中国经济的快速发展,人们对生活有了更深层次的要求,更加注重审美需求,尤其是最近些年中小城市的发展速度的增快,城市综合体随之而生,城市建筑综合体是根据城市社会、经济、文化的不断进步而一点一点壮大的,目前已然成为城市中不可或缺的一部分,它的存在使得空间重建的功能得到更好的发挥,有效的将建成的综合体与城市功能联系在一起,使其激发功能更好的挖掘出来。本文主经针对商业综合体的设计理念与设计方法进行相关分析,并提出展望。以供参考!
Due to the rapid economic development in China, people have a deeper requirement for life and pay more attention to aesthetic needs. In particular, in recent years, the growth rate of small and medium-sized cities has accelerated and urban complexes have followed. Urban building complexes are based on Urban growth of the society, economy and culture has grown by a bit, and now it has become an indispensable part of the city. Its existence has enabled the function of space reconstruction to be better played, and effectively integrated the built complex with City functions linked together to make it more exciting to tap the excavated function.
