1960年第23、24期合刊的《戏剧报》上,刊載了周貽白先生注解的《明心鉴》,这是我国古代演剧論著《梨园原》的一部分。作者相传是清代乾,嘉間一位号称黃旛綽的老艺人,原书本来是叫做《明心鉴》的,后来因为在卷首增加了一些考証資料,才改称《梨园原》。到了道光九年,黃氏的弟子俞維琛和龔瑞丰,又根据自己的演剧經驗进行了补充,才成为定稿。过去原书一直是以传抄的方式流播着,現已編入《中国古典戏曲論著集成》第九集。周貽白先生則是根据另一种逕題《明心鉴》的抄本来注解的。我曾在北京大学图书館見到另一种《明心鉴》抄本,比《梨园原》本的《明心鉴》內容丰富,論列精深。現在把它介紹出来,以供戏剧界同志进一步的研討。
In the “Drama Newspaper” of the 23rd and 24th issues of 1960, there was a “Mingxianjian” which was annotated by Mr. Zhou Yi-bai as part of the “Li Yuan Yuan” book in ancient Chinese drama. According to legend, the author of the Qing Dynasty is dry, Ka-shing, known as a Huangpi Zhuo old artist, the original book was originally called “Mingxianjian”, and later because in the beginning of some additional research information, was renamed “Li Yuan Yuan.” In Daoguang nine years, Huang’s disciples Yu Weichen and Gong Ruifeng, but also based on their own experience of drama has been added to be finalized. In the past, the original book was always spread by means of dissemination and has now been compiled into the ninth episode of “Integration of Selected Works of Chinese Classical Operas.” Mr. Zhou Yi-bai is annotated on the basis of a transcript of another book titled “Interpretation of the Mind”. I once saw another “Mingxianjian” transcript in the Peking University Library, which is more informative and elaborate than the “Mingxianjian” which is the original version of “Pear Garden”. Introduce it now for further discussion by the theater comrades.
