本组21例女性,已婚10例,未婚11例。年龄20～31岁。21例中10例有不法性交史,8例为夫妻接触感染,配偶尿道分泌物涂片均已查见革兰氏阴性双球菌。19例白带增多或脓性白带,绝大多数否认有泌尿系感染症状。尿道口或尿道旁腺开口未能挤出脓液,阴道口和阴道壁潮红;阴道内有大量淡黄或黄绿色脓性分泌物。宫颈充血,子宫外口有浓液。双合诊子宫及附件无压痛,未触及炎性包块。21例患者阴液或宫颈排液涂片,革兰氏染色见细胞内外有
The group of 21 women, 10 married and 11 unmarried. Age 20 ~ 31 years old. Of the 21 cases, 10 had an unlawful sexual intercourse and 8 had contact with husband and wife. Gram-negative bacteria were found in smear of their spouses and urinary secretions. 19 cases of leucorrhea or purulent leucorrhea, the vast majority denied the symptoms of urinary tract infection. Urethra or paraurethral gland openings failed to squeeze pus, vagina and vaginal wall flushing; a large number of yellow or yellow purulent vaginal discharge.
