目的:探讨7例带状疱疹疼痛的机制、寻找疼痛的程度及其恢复的客观指标。方法:所有收集患者均进行患肢与对侧健康肢体同时行肌电图检查,主要针对神经电图:运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)等进行观察和对比,观察组为带状疱疹患者患肢,对照组为带状疱疹同一患者对侧健康肢体,将结果进行对比研究。结果:7例带状疱疹病人患侧和健侧MCV的波幅、潜伏期、传导速度差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。7例带状疱疹病人患侧和健侧SCV的波幅、潜伏期、传导速度差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带状疱疹疼痛的机制疱疹与病毒感染后,累及所支配的神经均出现MCV及SCV的波幅下降、潜伏期延长、传导速度减慢有关,并可视其为疼痛的程度及其恢复的客观指标之一,肌电图也可做为带状疱疹的辅助诊断条件之一。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of pain in seven cases of herpes zoster, to find out the degree of pain and objective indicators of its recovery. Conclusion: The mechanism of herpes zoster pain herpes and virus infection, involving the dominant nerve MCV and SCV showed a decrease in amplitude, latency, conduction velocity slowed down, and can be regarded as the degree of pain and objective recovery One of the indicators, EMG can also be used as auxiliary diagnosis of shingles.
