1985~1987年我们应用RIP检测疫区黄鼠血清3957份,1985年血清滴度>1:1O的有1O份(0.51%),其中>1:320的有2份(0.10%)。1986~1987年血清均为阴性。检测非疫区黄鼠血清3008份,滴度为1:20~80的为7份(0.23%),疫区犬血清110份全部阴性。结果表明该疫区近年来黄鼠血清中鼠疫F1抗体滴度呈下降趋势。
From 1985 to 1987, we used RIP to detect 3957 serums of cholera in infected areas. In 1985, there were 1O (0.51%) serum titers> 1: 1O, of which 2 (0.10%) were> 1: 320. 1986 ~ 1987 serum were negative. There were 3008 serums in the pest free area, 7 (0.23%) with the titer of 1:20 ~ 80, and 110 were all negative in the canine serum. The results showed that the plague F1 antibody titers in the serum of Chlamys farrei decreased in recent years.
