国家科委最近颁发了《关于加强县(市)科技工作的几点意见》。《意见》指出,使县(市)的经济发展真正转到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来,是关系到我国社会主义建设的全局,是全国实现国民经济和社会发展第二步战略目标的基础和关键所在的,据此,《意见》提出了下列9点:充分认识县(市)科技工作的战略地位;加快发展高产优质高效
The State Science and Technology Commission recently issued “Opinions on Strengthening Scientific and Technological Work in Counties (Cities)”.
