导语:安全生产无小事,在乘客们享受便捷的城市公交的同时,作为安全运输生产的管理人员,更应该对乘客及驾乘人员的安全负责。良好的安全管理模式能为创建卓越公交客运体系提供有力的保障。本期安全讲堂介绍昆山公交如何做好公交安全生产管理工作,希望为大家提供一些借鉴。行车安全管理如何入手(1)健全组织机构,明确责任制。配备与企业经营相适应的行车安全管理人员,明确各级安全管理的职责和权限,形成自上而下完整的安全管理系统。(2)加强对从业人员的教育,树立“安全第一”的观念。开展职业道德和法纪教育,使从业人员牢固树立“安全第一”的观念,自觉遵守交通法规和各项规章制度,保障行车安全。
