我厂是生产电磁阀、液位控制器、液流信号器等自动化仪表的专业生产厂。全厂共有冲床九台,剪床一台,过去由于对安全生产注意不够,曾不断发生将手指冲掉或冲伤事故,人们称冲床是“铁老虎”。厂领导对此非常重视,发动群众,制订了“安全操作规程”等制度,同时还组织冲床改造小组,将全部冲床安装了“冲床光电式安全装置”,经实践证明,此装置简单易行、安全可靠。现已成批生产,可供选用。光电式安全装置的工作原理如图1所示,
