原发性胆囊癌是胆道系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,文献报道胆囊癌约占全部癌肿的0.76％～1.2％,占胆道系统恶性肿瘤的64.7％。目前发病率似有增加趋势。本院10年来收治原发性胆囊癌24例,现结合文献作如下探讨。
Primary gallbladder carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the biliary system. Gallbladder cancer accounts for approximately 0.76% to 1.2% of all cancers and accounts for 64.7% of malignant tumors of the biliary system. The current incidence seems to have an increasing trend. The hospital has treated 24 cases of primary gallbladder cancer for 10 years. The literature is now discussed as follows.
