为了评价脑血流SPECT显像在新生儿中的应用和新生儿脑血流灌注显像的正常图形,用99mTc乙撑双半胱氨酸二乙酯SPECT对12例神经系统正常的新生儿进行显像并作半定量分析。结果:正常新生儿脑血流灌注显像图形与成人和儿童比较有明显差异,显像剂主要浓聚于新生儿的丘脑和原始感觉运动区,其余大脑皮层和小脑浓聚较少,额叶区域浓聚最低,显影较差;左右半球血流分布基本对称。新生儿脑血流SPECT显像方法简便、安全,能客观反映新生儿的局部脑血流灌注。

Neonatal cerebral blood flow SPECT imaging method is simple and safe, can objectively reflect the local cerebral blood flow in neonates.
