目的 研究顺铂能否上调肺癌细胞Fas凋亡基因的表达。方法 逆转录聚合酶链法比较经顺铂处理前后肺癌细胞FasmRNA的表达水平。结果 顺铂可以显著增高肺癌细胞的Fas基因表达水平。结论 顺铂与Fas配体或抗体联合应用将增高肺癌细胞的凋亡率 ,有一定的抗肿瘤临床应用前景
Objective To investigate whether cisplatin can up-regulate the expression of Fas / FasL gene in lung cancer cells. Methods The expression of Fas mRNA in lung cancer cells before and after treatment with cisplatin was compared by RT-PCR. Results Cisplatin significantly increased the expression of Fas gene in lung cancer cells. Conclusions The combination of cisplatin and Fas ligand or antibody will increase the apoptosis rate of lung cancer cells, and has certain clinical application prospect of anti-tumor
