本文分别采用常规制备方法和包套除气法制备了汽车用Si C/5083铝基复合材料,并进行了金相、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析以及拉伸试验和腐蚀试验。结果表明:与常规制备方法相比,包套除气制备法明显提高了该复合材料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能;其室温屈服强度增加37%、室温抗拉强度增加66%、室温延伸率增加26%、100h室温中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率从9.42%减小至1.13%。
In this paper, Si C / 5083 aluminum matrix composites for automobiles were prepared by conventional preparation method and gas-packed method respectively. Metallographic, SEM and TEM analyzes, as well as tensile test and corrosion test, were carried out. The results show that compared with the conventional preparation method, the outgassing method significantly improves the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the composites. The room temperature yield strength increases 37%, the room temperature tensile strength increases 66% and the room temperature elongation increases 26%, 100h room temperature neutral salt spray mass loss rate decreased from 9.42% to 1.13%.
