传统的合唱与指挥教学既有优势又有缺点,而新的合唱与指挥教学理念认为:学习者是整个课程的核心和主体,而我们将之概括为“以人为本”的合唱与指挥教育的新理念。新的概念重视挖掘开发每一个学生在合唱与指挥教学和实践方面的潜能,引导学生从合唱的指挥与排练实践、创作、美学、历史、评论等多角度全方位的学习合唱与指挥课程。本论文拟从合唱与指挥课程的新理念,作以多视角多维度的详细论述新理念对合唱与指挥教学带来的新思想新方法。
