随着经济的飞速发展和新型城镇化的快速推进,各地重点建设项目越来越多,投资越来越大,仅青岛市李沧区2015年就引进市级重点项目9个,区级重点项目100多个,2016年的重点建设项目数量与上年相当。这些项目不仅承载着民生改善的重任,也是各地新的经济增长点。重点建设项目档案不仅是记录重点项目的重要依据,也是城市今后经济建设的重要参考,规范和加强重点建设项目档案具有很强的社会经济意义。一、重点建设项目档案的特点和作用
