日本社会老龄化现象引致了一系列的社会问题,首当其冲的是老龄人口的社会保障及其相应的资金来源问题。日本的社会保障资金主要来源于公共养老基金,日本公共养老基金的建立及有效运行归因于日本政府一系列公共养老金制度及体系的成功构建,这对战后日本经济的持续稳定增长贡献不菲。日本公共养老金的运行对中国老龄人口社会保障制度的建立与完善,有重要的参考价值。
The aging of Japan’s society has led to a series of social problems. The first one is the social security of the elderly population and its corresponding funding sources. Japan’s social security funds mainly come from public pension funds. The establishment and effective operation of Japan’s public pension funds attributed to the successful construction of a series of public pension systems and systems by the Japanese government contributed a lot to Japan’s sustained and steady economic growth after the war . The operation of public pensions in Japan has an important reference value for establishing and perfecting the social security system for the elderly in China.
