本文研究了 916对高脂血症的新西兰白兔的动脉粥样硬化的抑制作用。在用高脂饲料喂养家兔的同时 ,分别连续给以 4 ,2 0 ,4 0 mg· kg-1的的 916共 11w。结果表明 :916降低血清甘油三酯 ( TG)、总胆固醇( TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( L DL- C) ,明显升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL- C)。 916还具有抗脂质氧化的作用 ,表现为降低家兔血清中丙二醛 ( MDA)的含量。而且 ,916减小动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成 ,从而抑制动脉粥样硬化的发展。实验结果表明 :916的抗动脉粥样硬化作用与它的调血脂、抗氧化有关
This study investigated the inhibitory effect of 916 on atherosclerosis in hyperlipidemia New Zealand white rabbits. While feeding the rabbits with high-fat diet, they were given 916,4,20,40 mg·kg-1 for 11 consecutive weeks. The results showed that: 916 decreased serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (L DL-C), and significantly increased serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). 916 also has the effect of anti-lipid oxidation, which is shown to reduce the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rabbit serum. Moreover, 916 reduces the formation of atherosclerotic plaques, thereby inhibiting the development of atherosclerosis. The experimental results show that the anti-atherosclerosis effect of 916 is related to its lipid-regulating and antioxidant effects.
