“如果不能描述,那么你就不能量度,而如果不能量度,那么你就不能管理。”无法进行管理的战略,只能是一种经营畅想。所谓执行其实就是对战略的切实管理。为了帮助管理者度量战略、管理战略,卡普兰和诺顿发明了战略地图和平衡计分卡来“将战略转化为可操作语言”。这些工具使管理者能够清晰地描述战略、合理地评价战略并有效地管理战略,为企业构建了一个完整的战略执行管理系统。
“If you can not describe it, then you can not measure it, and if you can not measure it, then you can not manage it.” An unmanageable strategy can only be a business operation. The so-called implementation is actually the effective management of the strategy.
