本文结合各地开展“城市记忆工程”的实例,从观念、档案管理工作、机制和社会影响力这四方面,分别探讨该工程给开封档案工作带来的发展机遇,促使档案工作者观念转变,开拓档案管理工作的新局面,促进档案工作机制的构建和完善,提升档案工作的社会影响力。了解、学习乃至开展城市记忆工程是开封档案工作者打破传统工作理念、变革工作思路的重要机遇,对开封档案工作的资源建设和开发利用具有深远意义。
Based on the case study of “City Memory Project”, this paper discusses the development opportunities brought by this project to Kaifeng Archives from four aspects: concept, file management, mechanism and social influence, and promotes the change of the concept of archivists , Open up a new prospect of file management work, promote the construction and improvement of the file working mechanism and enhance the social influence of file work. To understand, study and even carry out urban memory engineering is an important opportunity for Kaifeng archivists to break the traditional work concept and change their thinking of work, which is of far-reaching significance to the construction and exploitation of resources in Kaifeng archives.
