麻江县是贵州省2009年石漠化治理试点先进县,该县共和小流域石漠化综合治理试点项目是黔东南州的优良工程。在试点项目实施中,麻江县的主要做法是:加强领导,分工协作;建章立制,完善建设管理制度;强化施工督查,确保工程质量;多渠道筹措资金;加强人口管理,扩大劳务输出,减轻人为干扰,促进生态修复。针对存在的群众参与程度和积极性不高、项目建设管理不够规范、工程设计深度和执法力度不够、管护不严等问题,提出了加大宣传和投入力度、调整实施组织模式、加强前期工作、加强监督执法和管护工作等对策。
