中国书刊发行业协会是根据中宣部、新闻出版署关于改革发行体制的文件精神成立的。到1993年3月,刚好成立两周年。两年多来,全国已建立省级发行协会23个,地市发行协会近200个。各地发行协会在新闻出版行政机关的直接领导下,工作越来越活跃,为繁荣和净化书刊市场作出了贡献。如何办好发行协会?主要有如下几条。
