采用减压注浆法生产混凝土构件,是综合了压力注浆混凝土技术和混凝土真空吸水处理技术的最新工艺。其基本工艺方法是,在预先制做好的双层套模内放置好钢筋和填充粗骨料,然后将模板内部抽成一定真空,使模板内部处于负压状态,紧接着灌注砂浆,再进行真空吸水,最后在模板内通入蒸气进行养护,拆模即出产品。此法与现行混凝土成型工艺比较具有如下特点:(1) 由于采用负压真空技术,混凝土构件具有均匀性和高密实度,可广泛应用于生产各种形状复杂的建筑结构和混凝土预制构件。(2) 由于采用负压注浆和真空处理技术,水泥砂浆与混凝土进行特殊混合搅拌和注浆技术,以及封闭加热养护技术等,混凝土构件强度可提高40%左右。(3) 混凝土构件的质量有显著提高,养护3小时即可达到脱模强度,模板
