目的:分析规范糖皮质激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年5月-2012年10月茂名市人民医院收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者42例作为研究对象,给予规范性糖皮质激素治疗,观察患者临床疗效,评估脏器功能,并监测用药期间的不良反应。结果:42例患者经治疗均好转出院,病情得到明显控制,患者治疗后系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动度评分(SLEDAI)评分明显减少,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间出现2例轻微胃肠道不适。结论:规范化糖皮质激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效值得肯定,根据患者病情,尽量选择简单规范化的激素治疗,提高患者治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of regulating glucocorticoid on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Forty-two patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who were treated in Maoming People’s Hospital from May 2010 to October 2012 were enrolled in this study. Patients were given standard glucocorticoid therapy, clinical efficacy, organ function evaluation and medication monitoring During the adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, all 42 patients were discharged and the disease was obviously controlled. After treatment, the score of SLEDAI decreased obviously. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 2 cases of mild gastrointestinal discomfort during treatment. Conclusion: The clinical effect of standardized glucocorticoid treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus is worthy of recognition. According to the patient’s condition, try to choose a simple and standardized hormone therapy to improve the treatment effect of patients.
