目的探讨四川省地震灾害后,手机应急疾病监测报告信息系统用于报告网络恢复的方法及工作经验。方法分析传染病报告网络损失情况,了解当地通讯并选择恰当链路,组织及时下发并培训设备使用,及时掌握报告情况并进行督促。结果基本恢复报告体系,报告水平。结论方法可行,但实施须注意培训、督导、运行保障。
Objective To explore the methods and work experience of reporting information on network recovery after the earthquake disaster in Sichuan Province and the monitoring information system for mobile phone emergency diseases. Methods Analyze the network loss of infectious diseases, understand the local communication and choose the appropriate link, organize the timely delivery and training of equipment usage, keep abreast of the reports and supervise them. Results basically restored the reporting system, the report level. Conclusion The method is feasible, but implementation should pay attention to training, supervision and operation support.
