大肠癌系常见的癌肿,占我院收治消化遭癌的第三位。我院自1971年以来经手术治疗的大肠癌共414例,有随访结果的400例,随访率96.66％。3、5、10年生存率分别为76.6％、41.6％、23.5％(注:近3年内收的178例除外,而行根治性手术的3、5、10年生存率分别为83.6％、50.9％、23.2％)本文就影响大肠癌外科治疗的远期疗效作粗浅分析。
Colorectal cancer is a common cancer, accounting for the third place in our hospital for digestion and cancer. A total of 414 cases of colorectal cancer have been surgically treated in our hospital since 1971. There are 400 cases with follow-up results, and the follow-up rate is 96.66%.
