通过对161例284个腔隙梗塞大小的CT 观察和临床分析,提示临床上最多见者为5~10mm 大小的腔隙灶,11~20mm 的腔隙较少见,小于5mm 的腔隙较文献上检出率少,可能与CT 扫描层厚有关;脑干和小脑的腔隙较小,这也可能是其检出率低的原因;腔隙大小和临床体征密切相关。本文进一步对腔隙直径的最大上线初步探讨,同意采用“腔隙”和“巨腔隙”两个概念,对“隐性腔隙梗塞”从大小方面作了研究。
Through the observation and clinical analysis of 161 cases of 284 lacunar infarcts, it is suggested that the most common clinical manifestations of lacunar lesions are 5 ~ 10mm lacunar cavities, and lacunas of 11 ~ 20mm are rarer and lager than 5mm. The detection rate is low, may be related to the thickness of the CT scan; the brain stem and cerebellar lacunar smaller, which may be the reason for the low detection rate; lacunar size and clinical signs are closely related. In this paper, the maximum on-line diameter of lacunar contact is further discussed, and two concepts of “lacunar” and “giant lacunar” are agreed to study the “hidden lacunar infarct” in terms of size.
