无论是建立完善的社会主义市场经济体制,还是实现经济社会发展的宏伟目标,都需要大力推进改革。改革进入新阶段,面临着新的形势,体现着新的要求。正确把握新时期改革的特征, 明确攻坚阶段改革的重点,是做好下一步改革工作的前提和基础。正确估价改革进程从1978年开始的经济体制改革迄今已走过26个年头,传统的计划经济体制已被打破,社会主义市场经济体制初步建立,并逐步走向完善。但是,我们对改革的进程不能估价过高。
Whether establishing a sound socialist market economic system or achieving the grand goal of economic and social development, we must vigorously promote the reform. The reform has entered a new phase, facing a new situation and embodying new requirements. Correctly grasping the characteristics of the reform in the new era and clarifying the key points of the reform in the crucial stage of the attack are the preconditions and foundations for carrying out the next reform work. Correctly Evaluating the Reform Process The economic reform that began in 1978 has gone through 26 years so far. The traditional planned economic system has been broken and the socialist market economic system has been basically established and gradually improved. However, we can not overestimate the progress of the reform.
