目的通过建立科学的人、物流程及严格的分区管理,实现理想的手术环境,降低手术感染率。方法通过每月对手术间及内走廊空气采用自然沉降法采样、培养,检测空气净化程度。结果经采样、培养,均符合卫生部颁发的消毒隔离规范要求。结论合理的使用和科学严谨的管理是确保手术室工作有效运行的关键,净化手术室的空气无菌程度高,减少了手术切口感染率,为提高手术质量提供了安全保障。
Objective To establish a scientific human, physical processes and strict zoning management, to achieve the ideal surgical environment and reduce the surgical infection rate. Methods By monthly natural sampling and culturing of the air between the operation room and the corridor, the degree of air purification was tested. The results of sampling, training, are in line with the disinfection and isolation regulations issued by the Ministry of Health requirements. Conclusion The rational use and scientific management are the keys to ensure the effective operation of the operating room. The cleanliness of the air in the operating room is high and the infection rate of surgical incision is reduced, which provides a guarantee for improving the quality of the operation.
