经过改革开放20多年的发展,我省已经实现了由温饱向小康的历史性跨越,进入了全面推进现代化建设的新阶段。面对经济全球化进程加快和我国加入世贸组织的新形势,不失时机地加快工业化、城市化、信息化、市场化和国际化进程,是我省提前基本实现现代化的有力保证。针对我省当前经济运作中存在的矛盾,入世对我省经济的影响及下阶段的工作重点,如何提高我省的国际竞争力等问题,浙江省经济专家咨询系统课题组组织实施了一次专家问卷调查,这是本系统自1994年以来开展的第九次咨询调查活动。专家们高屋建瓴,充分发表了他们的真知灼见。但由于篇幅有限,课题组在尽可能保持原意的基础上,作了一些删简和归纳,并附点评,仅供参考。
After 20 years of reform and opening up, our province has achieved a historic leap from adequate food and clothing to a well-off society and has entered a new phase of promoting the modernization in an all-round way. In view of the contradictions existing in the current economic operation in our province, the impact of WTO accession on the economy of our province and the priorities of the next phase and how to improve the international competitiveness of our province, the Zhejiang Provincial Economic Expert Advisory Group organized and implemented an expert questionnaire This is the ninth consultation survey conducted by the system since 1994. Experts are well-established and fully published their insights.
