本文记述从纽芬兰矿石中回收辉钼矿时,所进行的浮选柱与一般浮选机的比较,以评价其性能。曾进行了实验室的研究工作。实验证明浮选柱减少了精矿中细粒脉石及其它杂质的混入。为了确定浮选柱适宜的操作条件,研究工作包括系统的条件试验。该条件为浮选柱与丹佛浮选机的比较提供了依据。同时对几种抑制剂的作用也进行了研究。结果表明,浮选柱不但具有更好的选择性,并可节省药剂用量。
This article describes the comparison of flotation columns with general flotation machines when recovering molybdenite from Newfoundland ore to evaluate its performance. Have conducted a laboratory research. Experiments show that the flotation column reduces the concentration of fine particles of gangue and other impurities mixed. In order to determine the appropriate operating conditions flotation column, the research work includes the system of conditional testing. This condition provides a basis for comparison of flotation columns with the Denver flotation machine. At the same time the role of several inhibitors have also been studied. The results show that the flotation column not only has better selectivity, and can save dosage.
